Phase 1
ConnectSuperior is in 'Soft Launch' stage for Phase 1. This means the marketplace will be up for registration and staff will begin working through orders with ISPs and installation contractor. Sign ups received during this time may take a bit longer to fill, but staff will be in communication with homeowners to make for the most positive experience possible.
At times, the marketplace may come down, but don't worry--it'll be back! We anticipate May & June 2025 to be our 'soft launch' season. By July and August, we anticipate being on a more efficient schedule, reducing the amount of time it takes between an order being received and service light up.
